I am a process designer and facilitator with an academic background in Sustainability Science. I have worked within and across the fields of Social Innovation, Social Entrepreneurship, Action-Research and Policy-Making. My core skill relies on mobilizing the collective intelligence in teams to together frame, approach and find simple solutions to complex socio-ecological challenges. Design Thinking, Art of Hosting methods, Systems Thinking and the Theory of Change are my favourite working tools that I use to help organizations maximize and communicate their positive societal impact.
